Cream Cheese Brownies [From a Box]
After spending Father's Day in Urgent Care with the twins, it seemed only fitting that my husband got a special treat for dessert [sadly this came the day after Father's Day - because sick twins = HARD].
Looking for an upgrade on your classic boxed brownie? [Queue my mother cringing that I made brownies from a box instead of from scratch]
I've got you covered and Jayna was with me to help make them.

Follow the instructions on the box. Heat oven to 350. We used a glass 13x9 pan. Add boxed brownie mix + 2/3 cup of oil + 1/4 cup of water + 2 eggs.

Mix well and add into greased 13x9 baking dish.

Spoon cream cheese on top of the brownie mixture. Note, for a smoother, more swirled look, make sure the cream cheese is room temperature.

Use a knife to swirl. Pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes and enjoy the delicious smells and leftover batter [YES, I KNOW there are raw eggs in the batter, but I love letting the girls enjoy the simple pleasures, especially since we are going to be eating the brownie after they go to sleep].

Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
